A major reason I joined the company was that the people from HR who I met at the interviews had a good vibe about them and were very easy to speak with. Upon joining the company, I felt that the whole company had a buoyant and nice atmosphere.
I was also drawn to CAC's long history. And I felt that, thanks to this history, the company had an abundance of knowledge on its customers and operations. That was another reason I joined.
It's very rewarding to learn that a customer who had called in for support is very happy with the support that we provided, even if it was just a small thing. Another thing is that when I came to understand that the job that we do was essential for our day-to-day lives, I realized the importance of our work and that was rewarding as well. I wouldn't have known these things in my own day-to-day life, so in that respect, I now realize the importance of the work that we do.
The best thing about the company is our workplace atmosphere. It's easy to interact with people and we have a lot of opportunities to speak with others, even with company executives. The team members that I work with are all kind and easy to talk to, and I like the buoyant atmosphere of my workplace, where we all get along with each other.
I would like to acquire more holistic knowledge on the operations that we carry out in our projects, and not only about the specific areas that I am responsible for. And I would like to become a front man for the company.
